Residential Living

Each of our five suites is uniquely designed so that residents and their neighbors are functioning at approximately the same cognitive level. We have found that this approach enables calm, stress-free interactions, and maximizes each person’s potential. Each suite houses between 18 and 24 residents, in keeping with research findings that indicate the benefits of small-group or “household” living. Each suite contains it own resident apartments, dining room, social space, and partial kitchen; bathing, utility and staff areas, outdoor access, and a beauty shop.

Our resident apartments offer private or semi-private accommodations, and contain locking closets, storage areas, beds, nightstands and half-baths. Residents are free to bring their own furnishings and decorations, to enhance the feeling of home. Semi-private rooms are a popular choice for couples wishing to reside together, or for those who desire the comfort of a roommate.
